Privacy policy
Last updated 1 October 2026
Bouldares is made by BSN Design LLC. This policy covers the Bouldares app and this page. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What stays on your device
The climbs, sessions, grades, and notes you log in Bouldares are stored on your device. If you have iCloud turned on, iOS may back that data up to your personal iCloud account, which we cannot read.
What we receive
We do not run accounts, trackers, or advertising in Bouldares. The only information that reaches us is:
- Anything you send us by email, including your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message.
- Crash and performance reports from Apple, if you have agreed to share app analytics with developers in your iOS settings. These arrive without your name attached.
- Anonymous download and usage totals that Apple reports to every developer. We cannot identify individuals from them.
How we use it
Email is used to answer you and nothing else. Crash reports are used to fix bugs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting your data
To remove the data Bouldares holds on your device, delete the app. To ask what we have in our email records, or to have it deleted, write to norrismilesb@gmail.com and we will handle it within 30 days.
Children
Bouldares is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
Questions
Email norrismilesb@gmail.com and a person will answer.
